Helio - a combining form meaning “sun,” originating from the Greek hḗlios
-tropy - the state of turning in a specified way from a specified stimulus, originating from the Greek tropos "a turn, change"
Heliotropy is a phenomenon in nature where certain plants (or parts, like flowers) grow in response to the stimulus of sunlight, so that they turn to face the sun.
We believe humans are similarly motivated by the power of heliotropy.
We will grow taller, faster and stronger when motivated by light, warmth and positivity, rather than fear and despair.

How is corporate investment and innovation driving impact? We broker partnerships across sectors - and develop reports, playbooks and infographics to support private sector engagement in social and environmental issues.
Today's problems are interconnected, and movements must join forces to solve them. We are convening emerging leaders from global movements to imagine new ways of collaborating.
Blended, not balanced. Shaken AND stirred. Welcome to work and life in the 21st century. We call the concept of blending work, life and everything in between the Cocktail Career.
